On the cover, she appears in front of the 1886 painting by Georges Seurat, Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte, posed similarly to the main character in that composition.

My favourite 70s Playmate. Nancy is beautiful. For me as a young guy Playboy started in the late 80s but it has been great over the years to look back at what I missed.
